Issue

Sometimes the user will not see any templates when returning to the dashboard. This occurs because your access has expired and the app needs to be triggered to re-authenticate.


Workaround

Refresh the web browser to trigger re-authentication and a new list should display OR you will be able to login again to re-authenticate.


Impact

Low - workaround exists and is easy to implement.


Status

Resolution is being worked on currently and flagged as moderate priority.
